No Fun Fact counters it. Marksman only adds about 5% extra damage to your bullets.

I've found a shredder with penetrator ammo works wonders against this setup.
the deep freeze gun does double damage to body armor ive hit mighties with body armor on full charge and it normally hits for 100 twice follow that up with more ice or ur secondary and they should be switching classes very fast. i love when i see a whole team of body armor scrubs now they just be feeding my deep freeze dmg feat. if u dont wanna run the deep freeze just hatchet them over and over again they hate that
That setup gives me major problems, too.
There really is no counter. At least, not a direct one like Gnomes for gliders and such.
Forget the hatchet. Yeah, it'll work sometimes, but it really isn't a counter because it isn't that easy to use. Besides, it's better to use armor anyway.
The best way I've found to deal with that setup when going against a good player using it, is to use it yourself. Throw on a Burly, Wallflower, Hard Target, Body Armor and Skates, and use penetration ammo.
Or, against average players another way is to use a Speedy with Fleet Footed, Skates, and a shotgun and just strafe. Only problem with this setup is, it really doesn't work too well against a decent player and you're susceptible to Goggles and motion sensors.
Good luck, man. It's a tough setup to deal with that's for sure.
This will work well
Main Gun:What you want w/ Penetration ammo
Backup Gun: Thunder Dragon (I think that's the RPG)
Support Item: Hatchet (I use it and it works wonders)
Gadget: Glider Rig (Use this to land on top of them and then throw the Hatchet)
Fun Fact 1: Regeneration (I use it but this does not matter)
Fun Fact 2: Marksman (Mad Bomber is good as well cause I think it works with the RPG)
Hope this helped you.
I appreciate the load-outs you guys are suggestion. But this also cause a problem with me. I play objective based games and to change my whole load-out to beat 1 guy is really lame. I'll try hachet since I never used it.
