    I think he means post videos on the forums:

    Click where it says "settings" on the upper right corner, then click on "General Settings" to the left, and scroll down to the last two options, under miscellaneous options, enable "Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing" and enable "Attachment Uploading"
