We're restoring XP and Costume Coins!

Well, i got resettet @ lvl 200 and asked Skaarjonic how they will give me my XP back to lvl 200.
And that's what he said:
"...we'll likely have to restore your XP and Costume Coins a couple times, as you'll need to accept your promotion, and then we'll bump you back up."

So don't worry if u where 100+

Doubt it, if they do, then they probably forgot me like everyone else They restored some of my XP after 2 days (i got lucky with the wave), that same day i promoted and now we are now a month later (or more) and still didn't see the rest.

I also remember patchnotes/posts where they said the statresets didn't occur anymore, this thread seems to prove otherwise tho

sorry i'm still kinda mad because i lost 80 hours of progress couldn't care less about the ****ty XP and coins without the skins,calling cards, phrases i lost, but hey i'm almost done with the same challenges, probably will hurt less after i complete them (again).

I bought the double xp and all the costumes and they are now entirely erased as well as my level. -_- haven't been able to play because GFWL didn't work and finally got it to work and the game is now broken. I hate GFWL.

I'm have the opposite problem on Xbox. I am leveling up and gain coins whenever i don't play, but I don't think I'm being hacked because nothing else has changed, like my loadouts and stats.

If I am being hacked, what should I do? plz help

I was one of the first people to report being reset, and I still haven't got my stuff back yet. I don't mind waiting, but I think the people it happened to first should get their stuff back first.

Okay heres the thing, I couldn't find any other "Bug" threads so I didn't know where to post this so.. I havn't been able to unlock community backgrounds I finished last week's community 500 kill for the background. Yet nothing unlocked. their is nothing there. i'd like a wee bit of help here.

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: No, it happened about a week ago.
If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.) I was playing in a party and and the team leader backed out which backed us to the End of game screen.
