We're restoring XP and Costume Coins!

Do you have any further knowledge about if people who were unfortunate enough to be reset twice will be able to receive everything owed to them?

I Myself have been reset twice. 1st at level 62 and the 2nd time at level 67. I was 200 Headshots away from full Gatekeeper Mastery and 5 more Mvps to finish my Fumigation feats. Im actually scared to get on GCI until the bug is fixed. Also my stuff was reset when my bf came in and switched profiles from mine to his at the main menu. Ive dumped alot of time and effort into this game. I even convinced my friends to join. I dont want to get a refund as I love this game and have fun with it. (when it works) Ive managed to get over 3k costume coins. And I lost it all. Just hope you guys get this thing fixed. Also you might want to include a cloud service save option.

I Was Level 71 when i got reseted when i came back to check it showed level 39 is it possible that something messed up.

Is this bug that you fixed the bug that everyone else is having with not being able to autosave the game?

this is unbelievable. your tool sucks. i got to level 27 then was reset. i started over and got to level 20. I log in and i am 27. you didnt add to my xp totals, you just restore my original level. i am furious right now. what a waste of my time. im reporting you to the BBB

you guys confirmed that I could start back up and my xp would be added onto what I already was doing. Not only did i lose all my feats / my great ratio from my original reset, but you only BROUGHT ME BACK UP TO WHERE I WAS ORIGINALLY! this is sad, and you guys take days to respond. is skaar that lazy and useless that he cant work up the strength to type us a response on these issues?

not the mention the fact that I would go 8-1 and when I checked my stats I would get credited for 15-20 deaths. wow . good luck ever getting a customer on future games.

This bug happened to me a week or so ago, and I was wondering how long it will take for my stuff to be returned.
I haven't felt any desire to even play Impostors since the loss of my levels and xp.

The same thing happened to me! I was lvl 48 originally and I got to 47 after the glitch... all I got was 4k xp which is NOTHING!!! All it did was bring me back to their last restoration point before the glitch... where is all my xp? You guys said you would be adding the totals TOGETHER. Many people expressed their concerns about wasting time playing to just be restored and lose the xp they played for. Well it looks like you guys lied about that huh... what a freaking waste of time. I hope you guys stick to your word or I'm with this guy and I will gather ppl who have been screwed so we can all report this to the BBB.

Just report them already. They can be sued for scamming people of there money by selling stuff on the black market and then losing what they payed for and not restoring that money they spent.
