We're restoring XP and Costume Coins!

So I'm posting about my rank getting reset for a third time. Here we go again...

I got my rank reset several months ago now and I even received the email from you guys saying that my rank would be restored. I have not played the game out of fear that my rank would only get reset again and again. So now I've just been waiting and waiting and waiting and yet nothing has happened.
I was level 70.
My gamertag is ETERNALLY WISE
My platform is the Xbox 360
please at least acknowledge that my post has been read by one of the staff members.
Its really disheartening to see all these posts from other people that are experiencing the same problems.
Why are you guys ignoring your customers?

I have been reset for around 2 months with an email received last month saying my things were being restored yet, I have not received anything. I have emailed this several times with no responses and I am starting to get quite upset. Please respond

does this apply to people who purchased the doubling xp boosts but really didn't receive any doubling of the xp they earned?
some times I think it worked. but several times I paid for it, the timer was running (only visibly maybe 30% of the the hour it runs for) and I would swear i never received any bonus xp or doubling of the xp i earned while playing.

I just booted up the game this morning and found myself reset back to lvl 1 and everything has been wiped. I was lvl 168 and I would like for everything to get restored because honestly I'm worried that I won't get them back and I will probably stop playing if that's the case because I had quite a lot of stuff. I don't care about the XP or CC because those are that difficult to get in the game anyway. I don't mind going back up in levels if I have to but I want everything else back like the stats, calling cards etc. There must be some way to get them back because when I looked at my stats after it got reseted I still see the statistics from the match I had yesterday. Is the profile itself being saved on the system because if it was I would like to know where because sometimes I ran into problems with it saving to storage and have heard that it could cause resets too. If I can get a response asap that would be wonderful.

I lost everything on sunday night i turned off and quit the game normally and my ps3 was acting normally but monday morning when i went on to look at all my unlocks and costumes everything was gone is there anyway to get anything back? I noticed the thread said that it shouldnt happen to ps3 anymore but i lost everything so idk

Does this count for people who lost weapons and clothing? I lost every the Kingmaker and the Falcon Blade, and every piece of ninja gear for the bats. I play on PC. My windows live ID is lankrc and my steam account is LSDawson.
