We're restoring XP and Costume Coins!

At about 8am forum time (it was 3pm here) I downloaded the recent patch and I've been reset to Level 1.

I hope so. Unless this is fixed I won't purchase any DLC.

Besides that, why has this thread lost it's sticky status?

We've actually implemented a lot of changes that have resolved this issue, and prevent the data loss that was happening before.

Could you provide some more information on your reset? Did you upgrade from the trial mode to the full game when the reset happened?

I was level about level 75, so I was out of trial mode. But while the patch was installing I could read "Gotham City Impostors (Trial Mode)" Sounds weird, but that's what happened.

All I was doing, was starting the game and waiting patiently till everything was done, automatically.
-> start game -> waiting for dl to finish -> waiting for install to finish -> game loads -> reset

The main issue to me is not the loss of levels, but the loss of calling cards, catchphrases and camos, especially the snowflakes camos since they were limited.

We're currently looking into it. We need to grab a fair amount of data on our side before we send out the XP and Costume Coins! Know that we're working on it, though.
