I was Level 75 when I was reset and I'm Level 72 now (I think). When my XP is restored, I'll hit the promotion level cap and have enough XP to proceed way past that. Is all of this XP going to be completely lost in the shuffle?

I lost everything... again. I've been having the connection issues, so I made a note of it in the appropriate thread, and a few hours later, my level reset and I lost everything I earned.

Bug just happened to me minutes ago

It did not happen when i was upgrading to full version. I have had the game since it went out of the beta and it just happened as i hit level 53 i got kicked out of a match and when i went back into the game it started all over, i havnt had any problems up until this point and im trying not to get on you guys like almost every one else at this point but its hard when there are these types of problems.

You, as a consumer who have put trust into buying a product, deserve the most out of it, and clearly it is hard to get that full potential when problems like this arise. I'm not trying to bash the game, because I do enjoy it, but as of late, this whole stats reset thing has become an epidemic because they let it go for weeks. No need to protect yourself from what others say, you have experienced a problem, and you deserve for it to be fixed, even though you probably won't see results for a few weeks.

if all i get back is costume coins and xp to hell with this game i can get those things any time, i want my weapons skins,calling cards feats of prowess etc the things that actually took effort not just racking up xp by kills capturing points or however you get your xp.

I'm pretty sure you people are turning off the console during the saving process or selecting to turn off the console without exiting the game first.

Did my XP just get restored? Because I was level 31 or 32 when I got reset, not level 12!! Give me back my other 20 levels.

i just got xp and costume coins back. but i only got around 89,000 xp. i was like level 70 when i got reset. i got to level 50 and now im a level 52. what gives?
