stats reset i was rank 64 and my achievements have gone aswell does anybody no how long it takes for ur stats to b sorted out and wot about challenges progress do we get that back to .and when is uk getting to use there wbid accounts

I have a question about how the xp gift will affect promotions. I was level 99 when my stats were wiped and I am up to level 157 already since then but will all the extra xp that I have coming to me that would put me over the next promotion just be wasted? I would hate to have so much xp wasted because of this bug.

I have the full game I was playing last night then this afternoon I got home and turned on my Xbox to play and noticed everything was gone..

Im sorry but this is garbage i took like almost a month break from this game.. i was one of the first people to post in the other topic about my level being reset, i was emailed and sent a message saying it was going to be returned its been forever is this just a lie or do i get the shaft.. what is going on here

So I was playing GCI all day, just got to level 81, I went to another game for maybe an hour, and came back to find all my stuff deleted...Who do I have to talk to about getting this problem fixed and how long is it going to take?

I was level 60...something yesterday. Then I logged on today and I lost all my progress.

Finally got a message from Skaarjonic, so at least we know they're doing something. Although sounds like it's taking a while for them to fix everything:

'Well, there's a ton of checking, rechecking, and rerechecking that we need to do before we start dishing out the XP and Costume Coins. But, know that we're about to send out another wave within the next day or so - so know that they are coming!'

He also said refunds are possible but not in his control. Still annoyed at how long it's taking for them to fix but at least they haven't seemingly forgotten us.
