Delayed response - ahoy! But, seriously, apologies for taking a little while to get to this. I've been in full information-gathering mode lately, so my ability to respond on the forums has been relatively hamstrung. My apologies!

As for the double XP, I just don't know. Sadly, I've got no information on that but I'll attempt to find out what I can for you. I'm not sure how long it'll take to get back to you, since there isn't an exact order for when we address players in place on our side. Really, it just has more to do with our ability to verify people's information, based on the most recent data that we have. For some people it might take longer, for others it might take shorter - it all boils down to how quickly we can verify everything.

Thanks I appreciate the response, I hope the exp I lost will be added to the current exp I have rather than some big setback seeing that I've leveled up a high amount since then. As for the Double xp, worst case scenario I highly doubt it would dig too deep into your company's pocket to refund two or three hours of double xp and apply it to my account. That's what, $3? No real damage would be done on your end, makes more sense to appeal to the consumer and go with what's right. I hope you'd be able to agree with that and apply compensation where it is do. This is a great game and the team I play with are some of the top players, combined we've probably fed this game something like 600 hours. Be a shame to see things not be straightened out :/

Hope this gets sorted out. This is the only problem I had with the game so far. But I was lvl 57 and it'd suck to have to do everything over

Hope this gets sorted out. This is the only problem I've encountered with the game so far as it is loads of fun. But I was lvl 81 and it'd suck to have to do everything over. Cheers.

This happend to me a few days ago now but i was really lucky it resolved its self after 1 match. Mind you i did re install the game, from then though every thing was fine. Although i feel for the guys that are having lots of flak with this if it was me and id lost 20 + lvls i would have just stopped playing.

Maybe I should make a thread for this since I haven't seen one yet but... 3 days ago I got a part of my XP restored. I was level 58 when I got reset, the XP I got back was 242k XP and it said community XP. I figured maybe the next time I login I'd get the rest but nothing. Decided its not worth making threads for this issue, just left it there... how about u guys? Got anything back so far?

Lol OK so I'm not the only one... lvl 48 before the wipe and I played back to 48 and only got 4k xp. I guess I was closer to 49 before the wipe. I am still missing 48 lvls... and I did create a thread.I don't think much ppl saw it as it was put behind a ton of other complaint threads. Game needs fixing before they add stuff...

Any word yet on how this waves system is going? I'm owed at least somewhere along the lines of 600,000 experience from my reset and am looking forward to getting it back.
