UPDATE [3/2/2012, 4:43PM PST]:
After working closely with Microsoft, we've been able to completely resolve this issue. If you're still being effected by it, please completely delete Gotham City Impostors and the Compatibility Pack from your Xbox 360's Hard Drive, and then redownload it. Once you do that, you'll be good to go! Of course, if you end up experiencing this issue again, please let us know.

Hello.
We've been getting reports that a small number of users are hitting a problem where they get an error saying that they have "invalid game assets" and then they cannot join a match.
Work Around: For some users, this work-around has resolved the issue:Please post below if this helps resolve the problem or if you are still having issues with it. We really appreciate your patience as we troubleshoot this issue.
- Go to www.xbox.com
- Sign in to the Windows LIVE ID associated with the Xbox 360 Gamertag.
- Go to My Account at the top of the website.
- See the Device Management section at the bottom middle of the page.
- Select Transfer Console Licenses.
- Follow the instructions in the Transfer Console Licenses section.

) this is happening just by exiting the game and restarting it, not when you restart your console?
