gang unlocks

i just like to know whats the highest level to complete unlocks for a gang. im level 10 killa watts and like to know if i have finished all the unlocks for that gang so i can work on another gang.

I've looked at the unlocks and unless they added more with the dlc or are going to add more with dlc 10 is when you get everything, though you keep the level of rep you have with the gang when you leave so if they add anything you can go back and still be 10.
