They can't. The delay is there, just a bit of lag makes it seem like they're shooting immediately.

Oh well, it doesn't really help if lag eliminates it. Where is better servers then?

It takes MORE than 2 full seconds between letting go of the trigger to decloak and being able to fire or knife. Assuming any kind of situational awareness, you already know he's there and have two entirely whole seconds to put bullets into his face while he mashes on his trigger wishing he could do anything to harm you.

but that DOES take situational awareness...

    I wish I knew.

If that's a problem for you I'de suggest using a good headset. NSB makes a very distinct sound when someone cloaks/uncloaks
near you. you normally have plenty of time to turn around and knife them.....unless you're playing a speedy or nimble. If you are...you're pretty much screwed.

Well, if they are having latency issues, it may not have to do with their situational awareness entirely. If they are, that two seconds now becomes one second that they have to react, and if it's bad enough they may receive damage before seeing anyone uncloak at all.

    In short, lag's bad. Mmmk.

Yeah, I have seen those katanas swinging like mad when they appear. Also I am mostly playing nimble so knife doesn't do much against them. Lag also makes knife kills feel so random.

This game is one of the most asymetrically balanced games out there everything MW3 should be imho.
Now with that out of the way let's get more specific. In regards to mighty + gliders the solutions that have been given are more than adequate, seriously people, try everything and have counter classes ready that can't be stressed enough. As has been stated many times mighties are more underpowered than op some adjustments are in order but outright speed or stat nerfing would make the mighties virtually useless.

As for the gatekeepers concerns, there is some merit but we must look at the whole picture. As it stands the game needs 2 more rapid firing weapons one submachine gun that is between the dawn patrol and the gatekeeper stats wise and one rifle that will be between the dawn patrol and the jackhammer, only then can the gatekeeper and the jackhammer be adjusted and stop being so prevalent because right now they must fill more roles than a single weapon should be that's why they look so good overall and jack of all trades. Of course they are not grossly op in any way.

Furthermore new additions should include one new high risk high reward shotgun type weapon even more rewarding but punishing than the persuader (kinda like the pirate gun hinted for the next dlc) one flamer type short range weapon , it's not necessary to be a flamethrower it can fire electricity (like the other new weapon for the next dlc...) or some type of gas and finally some buffs for the bear stalker the deep freezer and the katana.
Either mods must be added for the katana and the bear stalker that allows them to ignore armor among other options or they must do that by default the katana at least, also the power up time for the bear stalker and the deep freezer must be decreased approaching that of the bombadier, also deep freezer must ignore armor by default.
Furthermore adjustments must be made to the knockback system when people are fired upon, like a fun fact #1 that greatly reduces it that would make katanas actually viable and a dangerous option against all players and will also make leathery an even more attractive option.

As it stands bear stalker seems much more problematic to use than it should be, deep freezer is useless and pointless and katanas are ineffective against any decent player i'm not talking about pros or even good players.

Also regarding the complains about thunder dragon there is also a missing part here, nobody ever uses the flak jacket fun fact.
People have no good reason to do so because despite the high use of thunder dragons it is still a very situational fun fact.
The solution here is again a new weapon. A new explosive weapon that will have the highest explosive damage in the game (bomb in the box excluded) with the appropriate drawbacks of course. That paired with a small buff of the flak jacket fun fact will make it a viable and necessary option in many builds kinda like what the katana did for leathery because in my opinion leathery is a must in every build which uses the katana as a primary weapon.

Finally more keys should be added to accommodate all these new additions and to allow people to unlock everything by the time they reach lvl 100, i know that the devs want provide more motivation for people to prestige but this is stupid prestige should not be forced upon people in any way.
Also more custom class slots should be added when you get a promotion like MW.

    DF does ignore Body Armor.

And you obviously haven't played against someone who knew what they were doing with the DF. It's absolutely DEVASTATING in the right hands. It's a completely different playstyle than any other gun, which makes it a pain to familiarize yourself with it. But once you know how to use it.... wow kills...

Akuzuma is absolutely fantastic with this gun. It's a great thing to see in action.

I was under the impression it does too but i believe it doesn't as blue numbers actually appear when i shoot people with armor on, if it does, ok scratch that.
Also a very good player that pwns even with underpowered weapons or generally bad weapons is not a valid argument for the balance of a weapon.
I'm sure that some people play very well with the DF i was not too shabby myself when i unlocked it before the promotion, i'm not saying that you can't kill i'm saying that when you compare the weapon with other options it is pointless and unnecessary it doesn't fill any niche and there is nothing that this weapon can do that other weapons can't do it better. So some adjustments are in order.
