i think it be pretty sweet if at i don't know what level, but players could create there own gangs and invite people and such, would add a new aspect to the game with player created gang turf wars

Honestly no.
They just need to work on the current gang system and add a couple more.
Quality over quantity.

I think it'd be awesome if they made a gang for each map. that's the way it seemed like it was gonna be at first and I'd like to see what gangs they come up for with 25th Floor and East End (something like the "Highraisers" and "Greasers" respectively).

lol to be honest what is the point of joining in a gang if it doesnt give you anything in return. imo its a waste of time
