Hey guys, if you send a ticket to Steam support detailing the matchmaking is broken and theres no autobalance, join game in progress etc, they give you back your money. I just got my 15$ a few minutes ago, so it's possible.

OP: If you bought a toaster, brought it home, and found out it was broken inside, you wouldn't return it? Is today's generation really that stupid?

This kids are really stupid, I don't even know if they are on ps3 or xbox, because on pc this game has more several issues than the other plataforms. Whatever, they say some guys are making threads about complaining, and we should be complaining at steam... lol w.t.f.? steam made this game? If I want my problem solved or my money, FIRST I'll go to the PRODUCER/DEVELOPER etc, not steam, steam won't program gci better! If we are willing to complain, let's go to the official forum, OF COURSE, to make other people see that this game has so many issues. ( yes, the first buyers, are the ones who give the other people something to research and make their choices. )

So here is my opinion to the guys who are probably confused about this game: You'll buy an half-finished game, with many major issues not solved (this issues were on beta ), and with a comunity that won't help you; instead they will mock you because the game is not optimized on your pc's, they'll just tell you to wait for the FREE DLC (omg it's free! and it fixes the problems!!! ), they will say that it's your pc's fault, that you should buy a new gpu, that you are ignorant and you can't double click on an icon, or they'll just creat stupid threads trying to make us fools.

No, if you want a refund you DON'T go to a forum.
First of all because it's not Monolith who handles the money, it's Warner, second because it's through the store you purchased the product that you should complain, being steam on this case.
If you want come here to say that you're dissapointed and EXPECT A FIX then you're welcome, stay with us and let's see if things get better. However, if you got here to say "GIMME MAH MONEH BACK OR I'LL SUE YOU!", then you're acting stupid and embarassing yourself.
See the difference? I'm sure you do, you're not a dumb person, so stop trying to cover those who are.

I think the point here is that making 15 threads screaming 'WHERE IZ MY REFUND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!' on the forums ISN'T using the proper channels.

All anyone wants to know is when this will be fixed and not hopelessly flamed by fanboys to hide and deflect the issues.
Kicking and screaming about getting your money back will not work, face it it's gone Forrest, just like mine is on the ps3.
Suck it it up an just let your friends know to wait to see if it is ever fixed, before they run in and get it as I have .. If they don't believe you have them look around on the web. The negative vibe from this is pretty big and we who are not blind see it.
Who knows, maybe they will make good on the fix issue, then again maybe not...we all learn from our mistakes.
Until then, Why so serious?
