    Yep, this is broken. Our QA guys are doing everything they can to reproduce the problem as effectively as possible, and we hope to have it fixed sooner rather than later. Apologies for the inconvenience!

    Hello and welcome to the forums. To fix the problem, first off your going to have to log on to the website with the messed up account e-mail. Next your going to want to click the gear symbol in the upper left corner and it will bring you to the account management screen. Click on the manage game profiles and disassociate your platform. The next time you turn on the x-box it should ask you to log in with your WBID information. You should be set afterwords.

    I'm a PS3 user - I do not have an option to login to WBID - I did when I first started the game - it now says WBID inactive or doesn't show it at all.

    Hello everyone, I've now merged several threads about this issue into one, to help us keep track of it.

    We are continuing to investigate issues that people are reporting about not being able to confirm their emails through WBID. At this time we do not yet have an ETA on when this issue will be resolved, but we are continuing to look into it.

    DO NOT need to verify to activate your DLC codes from steam / for PC. Hit the Home key while in game and click your name/stats, then Redeem key.
