Well since I really enjoyed SSX Tricky I feel that I must buy this game eventually.

Friend told me about SSX, and I played a few races just a little bit ago. Seems pretty cool, but I probably won't buy it until the price goes down and I see that my friends won't just buy this game, play it for a week, and be done with it.
At first after playing the demo, I was pumped. But later on I realised I know like 2 other people who will get it.
Normally I wouldn't care as much, but in this case, I don't know. I'm just not as excited as I thought I would be.
I played most of the other games quite a while back. Still not that pumped. Maybe someday . . .
I will never stop crying. Can I please rage-quit life?
Or just shoot me, at least! Someone kill me.
Having friends that play similar games is very important, but one of the great things about the current age is that you can find an abundance of fans for all of your various interests. The big thing about this SSX game is how much effort they put into the various pvp modes. First, all your records will be displayed for your ingame friends, and they can be given the chance to beat your score. If they do, they get money. If they do not, you get money. Second and even better, there will be dozens (hundreds?) of tournaments being run 24/7 in perpetuam. Stop in, race a heat or two, and then an hour, day, or few days later (depending on size of the event) you will be ranked with everyone else who participated in the tournament. It is like all the tournaments in SSX3, but with real people!
I know it is no substitute for having real friends with the game, but I wanted to say that friends or no friends, there will be absolutely no shortage of pvp competition to push yourself.
When it goes down in price I'll grab it. I wasn't too wowed by the demo and new controls which bummed me out since I loved SSX Tricky.
I just grabbed it from Redbox. I HAVE to sign into Origin, the game requires an online pass to play online and on top of all that, there are microtransactions.
Come on, EA!
downloaded the demo, gonna give it a go in a minute.
Just an update to my last post: After about 2 hours of playing I got bored. It becomes very repetitive. It also seems like a short game (without the multiplayer). In those 2 hours I've completed 4 of the 7 "Deadly Descents". 2 hours is too short to be more than halfway through the game.
Alot of people from here are talking about this game. The demo is on the PSN too?
This game is amazing.
By the way, Serenity is the best drop for Trick It! In my opinion.
