Unable to log into WBID? We want to know more!

I am on PS3
I have the option to log in when the game first loads, and also under Help and Options
However when entering my password I receive the error "Password must be 6-32 characters containing letters and numbers"

No i did not log into my WBID Account.
I play on Xbox 360.
No there is no WBID option in help and options.

I'm on the 360, I was given an option to sign in when the game first booted up, but I decided to do it later. Now there is no prompt to log in and there is no WBID section under help and options.

Hi, my account is fine, however my nephew is unable to sign in to his WBID. We both use the xbox 360, and he has registered on this website. There is no option on his console to register, having said that even though I registered on my console, there is no option to view the settings etc. I can see that I'm signed in but no way to change the username or anything. If it is needed, my nephews ID is Jnrnoodles.

Added Note: I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and still no WBID section on help&options. Also never recieved an email to confirm account. I even tried making account on website to see if that would work and now cant sync website account with game account.(same email address)

On Xbox 360. About 2 hours ago tried to log in and said can't log into WBID.

Also because of this it wasn't able to bring up the Gangs screen either.

What exactly does this effect ?

about to try it again.
