Unable to log into WBID? We want to know more!

Have Gotham City Imposters on my Xbox 360. Downloading the game with Microsoft Points and booted it up. When that was done, I played the game and wasn't prompted to sign in or anything. I've gone to the Help & Options section in game, however there is nothing there. I really want to start using gun camos and various other benefits. Gamertag is below if anything can be done.

We've been hearing some recurring reports that players are unable to log into their WBIDs. We're currently in the process of attempting to figure out what exactly is causing this, but require some additional information from users effected.

• If you go to the 'Help & Options' menu, is there a 'WBID' section?:

I did log into my WBID on my console, but I did not spell my email correctly...

I will update when I fully download the whole game again... might change from the beta?

I searched all over the game on xbox360 and this website but found no popup when i start the game and nothing in help&options.

I'm on xbox I didn't have the option to log in to my wbid when I first launched the game and there is no wbid option under help and options, passsing on the info required

Im on the Xbox 360. The WBID sign-in never came up when i launched the game. It never even came up during the beta. Its also not in the Options menu anywhere. This seems like a common Xbox 360 problem.
