Unable to log into WBID? We want to know more!

We've been hearing some recurring reports that players are unable to log into their WBIDs. We're currently in the process of attempting to figure out what exactly is causing this, but require some additional information from users effected.

If this is something that has happened to you, please provide the following details:

• Did you log into your WBID when you first launched Gotham City Impostors?:
• What platform are you on?:
• If you go to the 'Help & Options' menu, is there a 'WBID' section?:

Once we've got this, we can start figuring out what the problem is. We hope to have this fixed as soon as possible so that you can track your stats here on the site and rightfully unlock your Digital Camo weapon skins!

UPDATE:
If you’re on the Xbox 360, and you’re unable to sign into WBID or are not given the option to, try completing the following steps:

First, change your Xbox 360’s Locale by navigating here from your Dashboard:
Settings > System > Console Settings > Language and Locale > Locale

When you’re in a different locale from your default, start up Gotham City Impostors and log into your WBID. After you’re done with that you’re free to change your Locale back to your current location.

This hasn’t been confirmed to work 100% of the time, but a solid number of users have been able to use this workaround successfully.

Hi, I'm on PC and I cant login into WBID, because there's no WBID section under Help & Options. I'm also pretty sure there wasn't an option to login when I first ran the game.

I play on Xbox360 and when I first started the game, nothing showed up saying "Log into your WBID" or anything like that, also when I go to the Help & Options menu, there is nothing in that says WBID.

And yes, i was logged onto WBID the first time i started the game (trial).
I'm sure of it because my Arkham City content was unlocked back then. Now however, i dont see a WBID in Help & Options. And my Arkham City content is locked again. The game does state "WBID Active" though.

I play on xbox 360, and there wasn't a prompt to log in wih wbid or anything like that, and there isn't a wbid section in the options menu

okay i play on ps3
i logged in on gotham imposters beta and got degigtal now on the full game it i dont have digital but it says im logged in and i see no option in the options.

What platform are you on?: PC, steam version.
If you go to the 'Help & Options' menu, is there a 'WBID' section?: No.

On a side note, I didn't get an email when I registered for a WBID.
