Unable to log into WBID? We want to know more!

I wanted it to remind me later, but there is no option on the options menu and I'm Xbox 360

I play on Xbox360 and when I started the game, nothing came up saying "Log into your WBID" or anything like that, also when I go to the Help menu and options, there is nothing in the case WBID section. This option does not exist.

1) It always automatically tries to log on my WBID as the game is starting up. Sometimes it works, other times it doesn't. It about a 50/50 chance either way.

2) I'm on PC (through Steam)

3) There is no option in the main menu, but I'm not sure if there is one once you're actually in a match.

Im just having an issue with validating my ID. I click the link in the e-mail it brings me to the website and says wrong validation code or something

I have been able to get on only twice since launch, (I try at least four times a day). Can I at least get an update about this problem?

It never even came up in the beta. My friend told me that his popped up in the beta. I never had it, not even in the menus.

I'm on the PS3 and i was able to run the WBID when i was in the beta and i had the camo skin, but now i got the full game i dont have the skin. under help and options there is no WBID section, just a little strip of paper, top left above the controller layout, that says WBID Account: "my email address". i cant click on it and its obviously active but just not working. my case seems unique and just wanted to voice this so it could get cleared up very soon. thanks.
