It just happened now. I had the full game since it came out. No problems until now. nothing odd happened that lead up to the reset. I just turned on my PS3 and started the game.My secret identity stuff is gone 2 and i bought a xp pill yesterday 2.

I had been upgraded from the trial version for a couple of weeks with no problem, then I had to disconnect my playstation for a few days while I moved. When I set it all up again, about 5 minutes ago, my stats had been wiped. I know that you've got a fix to the problem now, and I've sent an email with my details. Hopefully everything will be fixed soon.

I was level 45 2 hours ago and my last match was team death match in a party with a friend and after we finished playing I quit playing and started to play another game then 5 minutes ago I came back to play Gotham City Impostors and now I'm Level 1. How can I get back to level 45? and resume play from were I left of 2 hours ago.

Just as I was backing out of the costume editor I got bombarded with the dreaded "SAVE FAILED: Writing to storage failed. Retry?" prompt & WHAM! I'm suddenly an adorable little fresh-faced level 1 again.

Which is kind of a bummer because I was, like, level 96-7 last time I checked. :P

i was playing a normal game and i was about to get a head shot and the game froze as shot as i pulled the trigger so i lost connection then i went to a differnt game when i came back my stuff was gone help plzzz im sad

If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.): Nothing out of the odd.

Went to sleep the other night, woke up and saw that my level and stats reset, raged, then went on here to fix it.
No signs of power outages or anything else out of the ordinary.
