I haven't' gotten any messages at all. I left a comment AND called tech support. Now, I did get a call back from Tier 2 saying they didn't know when the problem would be fixed. Funny..that's what the Tier 1 guy told me, too. I want to know how to unassociate my WBID with the game. I don't want to log on anymore using it. After making level 45 and then losing my stats on the 14th, I have restarted and fear that the stats will reset again. What I want to know is why they still continue to put the experience boosts on the market with the possibility that a player's scores could be reset. The company is selling a defective product knowing very well that if a customer purchases experience boost that there is a possibility they will lose their stats. (Yes, this is a bit redundant but I hope to get my point across.) I see no disclaimer in association with this purchase to let the user be aware that even though they purchase the experience boost, it offers no guarantee that the experience will save. (Hmm..Let me correct something.. I did get a message dated February 16.. was expecting it in my personal email account.. oops)

If you still wish to do this, you have to click the cog icon on the top right of this site labeled "Account Management" Go to "Manage Gamer Profiles" then click "Disassociate" next to PSN.

what about the STATS that were lost? Do you guys not have a server with that data anywhere? also, what about our calling cards and symbols. i could have leveled up more in the time that i've lost. and i really do love the game but i want to be reasonably compensated for dealing with the issues.

I bought the game from the arcade even though I already had the BETA on my hard drive. I logged in with my WBID hoping that my Beta statistics would be there but that didn't happen. I was fine with that but a couple hours later, I got kicked off Live, literally disconnected and signed out from no internet apparently, and my stats were gone. I had to redo the legal paperwork but I was still good with the WBID. All my stats were gone so I had to restart from Level 1. Other than getting disconnected from servers, I haven't had a problem since day one when it reset.
