Stats resetting? Let us know more here!

Didn't happen when anything weird occured, i bought the game a couple days ago and i was a level 31 this morning and just logged on about 5 minutes ago and my stats are completely reset! Had almost 7 hours of playtime and had bought 2 things of double xp, really pisses me off, wish I wouldnt have even wasted my money on this game. Not worth going back and playing that much just to get back to where I was.

You would think information could be recoverable granted the game saving itself frequently. @.@

nope went to play after haveing a break to find it asking me screen setup stuff like when i started it for the 1st time then saw everything had gone i was lvl31 if i remember right

I turned my PS3 on this morning to find my stats reset. After getting back to about level 10 or 15, my game went back into Trial mode, then reset for a 3rd time after going back to the full version.

they could answer this question right now becaese this requer a save file of everybody's stats on there servers. So I if they don't say anything were screwed.

the server still knows the last game i played before i lost my file so most likely its backed up on the server somewhere

My friend and I both recently bought the game and registered our emails and such. When we took a break and got on the next day I was fine but my friend had a message pop up and said that he still needed to register his email. I even did it for him, and now hes reset. All of his leaderboard ranks are there. Is there anything you can do to give some of his ranks back? Now I am 60 and hes a level 2. We were neck and neck but that was at level 30. I told him I would try and figure something out to why it happened so if I can get some feedback that would be fantastic. Thanks.
