I never had the trial version, so did not happen due to upgrading to full.
Just turned off the game after going back to main menu.

They are doing they're job, but they need the data first. I'm sure you'll get you'll get everything back don't worry.

Truthfully, we're doing everything we can. The more data that is available to us, the more likely it is that we'll be able to zero in in the problem faster.
