If not, when?: I bought the game and played it for 2 days with no errors, went to play it again and everything was reset, i was level 60 and top 100 on leader boards, less than 100 head shots away from completing all jackhammer challenges, i lost all coins and unlocks...can i have my $15 back please

I'm posting this for a friend who's having trouble getting his WBID to work.

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: It did not, he bought the game from the start. He had logged off for a while, logged off, loaded it up the next day, and everything had been reset.
If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.): Nothing odd. All he did was log off last night, come in today, and all the stats were reset levels and all. He had also bought an XP Pack thingy. He said he was around 40.

If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.): Nothing at all. I was almost Lv 26 I'm pretty sure. There's no saves in the Gotham City folder either.

Aaaaahhhhhh!!!! This is the second time my things have been reset! I was in the twenties both times and i had even spent money on double xp! If this isn't fixed and i don't get my stuff back within a week im letting people know not to buy this game! One week! Fix it and get me my stuff back!

i was loading into a game i could not connect then game crashed i came back to a message saying save data corrupted and some progress may have been lost and now im level 1 again

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: No, I had the full version from the day of the release. It happened sometimes between 2:00AM and 3:00PM on 2/12/12.
If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.): The game would occasionally not save my information the day of the reset, but if I hit X for it to try again it would work.

Not to rage, but I was level 68 and had over 14 hours logged in. Kind of pissed off that I wasted 14 hours of my life and can't get them back.

Purchased day one, Issue happened today when I tried playing. When I logged on it said there was an issue saving data, and then nothing came up. no other issue with other games saving, assuming connection issue with server.

I got the game yesterday and I played and got.to level 9 then it reset my stats when I.got.inn this morning. I ranked up to level 6 and it reset me again please fix!

I have had the full version since release. I logged off last night to go play DC Universe and when I logged on today my stats were completely erased. There was a problem yesterday when I first logged in. It was giving me an error message about saving even when I was just sitting in the main menu. I was level 42 I believe.

I hope this issue is resolved. I've bought multiple dxp's for me and my friends..

And i was level 34 not trying to be rude but you guys are going to lose costumers if you cant fix the bug and/or repair stats
