i had the trial version and had reached about lv17. upgraded and played for close to a week.
the day before my stats reset i was somewhere between lv 45 & lv 55. the last few games i tried to join alot of the players disappeared before the match started.

Bought the game a couple days ago. Got to level 10.

Was fine a few hours ago, now everything is gone.

I'm not touching the game til I have a refund or some other kind of compensation.

I just bought the game yesterday and leveled up all the way to level 30 and when i started to play it today it made me start all over from level 1 and it possible to back it up because i kept having all these save failures were it wouldn't save.

Playing the full version lost everything after loading game screen lockup and the system reset.

!!!!Update!!!! After several attempts game loaded up my stats again, I just quit the game and started again, it took about 3 times and they came back., strange days indeed.

This just happened on my sisters profile now im worried to keep playing. We have it on PS3 and are in New York, her gamer tag is Kaylove13 and we purchased the game on the 7th and it happened today on the 12th. This apparently had nothing to do with upgrading from a trail to the full since we bought it outright. Nothing happened prior to this no internet connection problems, power outage or anything. I so notice i get a failed to save message alot but then youll see that its saving in the background. There are also alot of times the game shuts down my PS3 when trying to leave match making or quit the game. I dont know if these play any part but I think this should be the 1st problem fixed even over the match making issues. She was only about lvl 20 so wasnt completely the end of the world but regardless it took her several hours she now has to redo. Plz fix this asap as i am afraid to even log on to my account now.

I have been reset TWICE already. I am so mad, my first time i was level 28 when unexpectedly my internet went off. then when i went back to play the next day my stats where RESET.

2nd TIME I WAS RESET- I was level 31 this happened today (FEBRUARY 12). I was playing and then unexpectedly my game froze so i turned off my xbox 360. I Started playing a different game. 2 HOURS LATER I STARTED PLAYING GOTHAM CITY IMPOSTERS and it said to fit my screen, term agreements, etc you know. Once i saw that term agreements I KNEW I HAD BEEN RESET AGAIN.

Please you guys make this work. I feel like i have been robbed. i payed money for this great game and i ve been ROBBED 2 TIMES ALREADY. SO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GET MY STATS BACK HOW THEY WHERE TO LEVEL 32, THANKS IN ADVANCE I TRUST YOU GUYS
