Sweet, it happened a second time. Is this a so called Community Challenge: "WE GOT A THOUSAND LEVEL, BUT WE RESET YOUR LEVEL EVERY SECOND DAY" might get to it ey?
And again nothing odd occured to me. Logged off the other day, next day everything is gone.
Any chance I get my money back...

This happened after the upgrade to the full version and after playing pretty much consecutively for 4 hours.
After roughly 3 and a half hours of gameplay, the game kept giving warnings about "failure to save".
We just kept trying until the warning no longer popped, but the next time we started the game, all progress was gone.

Can anyone just please tell me do i just have to level up again or will they fix it? i'm tired of thinking i'm gonna get fixed by them soon but i just keep
playing like i just started this game over........SOMEONE JUST TELL ME IF THEY ARE GONNA FIX MY LEVEL ISSUE I'M HAVING!!!!!!
If you guys do fix my level (which hopefully you do) i don't care for the calling cards i had unless you guys know which ones i had. i can remember some of them.

Played Trial on Friday and unlocked it same day. Played variousa times on Saturday through to Sunday 1.30am (GMT) reaching level 10, activating the Arkham City Content.

Went to play just (15.10pm GMT) and all stats have been reset.

Had various problems on the Saturday with Game failing to save and file corrupt but it always started up and played well (logged on various times).

Have found that none of the trophies will unlock either.

Not happy.

Is this game not tied into a server? Why do the stats disappear

It has been resetting every day we play. Extremely frustrating!!!!! Especially when you are at level 25, then back to 2!

Forgot to mention I have been on this site a lot too since I bought game and all my stats were live on here but have also been reset?

My Save Game data has also disappeared from the PS3

What are the chances of getting the data back?

Can we get a refund if we no longer want the game as I've seen that this is happening multiple times to people and I aint playing this again to keep having my unlocks reset !!

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: NO! ive had the full version for two days now i was level 41!!!! had EVERY CHALLENGE COMPLETED FOR THE BUCCANEER!!! and for some unknown reason i log back on 3hours after my last game... and i was at level 1 again... not impressed DO I GET MY LEVEL/UNLOCKS back? anyone? if not i dont think you will be getting any more $ outa me untill these issues are sorted out... AND PLEASE FIX THE LAG AND CONECTION ISSUES ALREADY THE GAME SEEMS LIKE IT RAN BETTER IN THE BETA!

Okay this is weird. Yesterday I said I lost my stats. They were reset on both the PS3 and here. This morning when I came on here my stats were showing me as Level 27 (which was correct). I thought great, they solved the problem. Loaded up the game on PS3, I had to sign the legal agreements again and that made me worry. I continued on and low and behold I've lost all my stats. Came back to here and refreshed my browser and it took away all my stats here as well. I took a screen shot showing that at some point I was level 27 so at least I have that going for me. Some sort of response from the powers that be would be nice.
