Stats resetting? Let us know more here!

happened well after upgrade, 3 days or so.
Nothing odd happened leading up to it. Just told me the save didn't work, asked if I'd like to retry. Never worked. Restarted my console and my data was set back to lvl 1.

No. Happened randomly after a game. It said "Could not save to storage." When I restarted the game, all of my stats were reset. Level 76.

If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.):

Nothing at all.

I'm really afraid my stats are going to be reset as well, just happened to a friend of mine he was lvl48 (we're from the netherlands and playing on PS3)!

I already seen messages that the saving failed every time I edited my loadouts and stuff.. Could the devs please add a save file backup option in the game, so that we don't lose everything at lvl999 or something???

Playing a match today game ended it said save 'failed' 3 or 4 times then restarted the game back at level 1. I'm totally frustrated and mad to have lost everything I've unlocked. This better be resolved!

It didn't happen when I upgraded. I just turned on the game and everything was locked.

No, i had just ranked up at 11:09 to 54 and after changing a few classes, i looked at the autosave, then it finished and then it put me in the main menu and everything was locked and then a timer cme on saying i have 60 min for a trail. i quit looked back at my savings, gotham city was not there, and i had to re-download. Why Gotham City, why do you do this to the gamers, do want me to play or what!

Hey all!

So, sorry for taking so long to respond to this thread. We're still very much in the data collection stage, and know that we're doing everything that we can to get this totally resolved.

To those of you that are having this issue: Did anything odd happen leading up to the stat loss? For example, a power outage or loss of Internet connection?

NOw that you mention it, my friend pressed the PS3 button and did the 'Quit Game' option while in the middle of a match before he lost his stats, but it's not always reproducable that way (he tried it again after but his stats didn't reset a 2nd time)

PS3 / FimbelTanks / When I registered to this website last night, logged on to play today and all my **** is gone. Not too mention I called your customer support and the guy was uterrly worthless. And now I log onto play as lv 1 again, and server failures and connection issues. Get your **** together, or next time you will lose customers for sure. It's a great game, but you can't be losing your player bases' data. FAIL.
