I had the game on my xbox and then i went to my friends house to play, and when i came home to play again it said i was level 1. I was level 54. Im really bummed because i really like this game.

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: No, I purchased and download key and demo at the same time and never had that "game not unlocking" thing happened to me yet.

If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.):

Happened to me 3 times:
1. I was in game menu, I lost my internet connection and it booted me to the Title Screen. Pressed X and it asked me to do the initial Video Settings and Policy agreements again.

2. I was in game menu, went to XMB chat room, pressed PS button to go back to game and it took about a minute to read. Then PSN signed me out and same thing happened as above

3. Same as #2. So I don't know if it's the XMB thing or being signed out of PSN suddenly OR loss of internet connection. But those are my guesses.

Stats reseted after a connection lost, just after a game (while looking at exp/costume points).

I haven´t unlocked the full game yet because I read so many people are having problems.
I read the PSN got changed to SEN on the 8th, and I´m experiencing many random network errors ever since, maybe this is related to the problem with going back to trial mode?

it was fine yesterday, and then i come to play it today and everything was back to level 1 like id just purchased the game. i did have the trial version and mid trial i purchased the full game. gutted it resets the game everytime, asks me to resize the screen, change the brightness, then asks about the privacy policy etc.

whats going on?!

What happened? The game was perfect the first day no lag, no balancing, no spawn and definitely no resetting issues. Something got royally messed up. Two days after the first time. This time I got back up to 25 then I took a break and BAM, adjust screen and the whole shablam... I'm gonna give this one more try but if it happens again... then wow.
P.s. I would be level 79 by now if it hadn't been for the reset...
