I have 2 xbox 360s. When I switched to the other 360 to play, I got reset.

My stats have been completely erased. I was at level 67 last time I played. I booted up my PS3 and logged onto Gotham City Impostor's and my stats have been completely erased! Everything I have unlocked is locked again and it's as if I've just started playing the game for very first time. Now what I find interesting is that I still have my Gotham City Impostor Trophies an although my stats are wiped clean and all my features are locked, this website shows the last time I played which was 2/20/12 Please help, as I've lost over 24 hours of playing time, and I don't feel I should have payed the $14.99 for a game that has some serious glitches, that should have been detected in beta mode. I'm relieved I haven't tossed out more cash to purchasing costumes or mascots!

Seriously, offering to reimberse EVERYONE on here is nice in theory but you are putting a bandaid on a shotgun wound. We have a right to know a rough estimate on when this bug is going to get fixed.

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: It happened sometime between yesterday and today and I had the full version already

No , just In the 1st 3-6 hours

The Loss of internet connection for sure. All it did was crash, I went the Dashboard, went back online to find everything gone!
It's happened over ten times and I've only had the game for about 2 days now.

Tried to play again after a week. When I logged in , all my progress were back to level 1. Nothing unusual happened to force the reset.

Might I add that, although I thoroughly enjoy this game and have devoted a great deal of time to it, if this many people are losing their stats due to internet outages and version upgrades, then there's something seriously wrong. You delayed the release of the game for a month to fix bugs and other issues and yet the actual fixes for matchmaking, small map numbers, etc. won't happen until March. I'm not saying you guys are lame, because if you were you wouldn't make such a fun game but please, please don't mislead your fans like that.
