Stats resetting? Let us know more here!

I emailed two days ago with my info because my stats reset.. they still are not fixed.

Don't email them. Skaar will send you a message shortly (its taking a while for people late in the forums) with instructions on how to get your stuff back. Just be patient cause you will get all stats and all unlocks back

It occurred while I decided to play Saints Row The Third and when I came back I had to reset all my stats. I wanted to change my calling card so I went to "SECRET IDENTITY" and noticed everything got deleted

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?:
It occurred while I was playing the full game. To inform you I did not play the Beta or Trial. I have only the purchased version of GCI and I was Level 30. I decided to play Saints Row The Third after playing GCI. I went back on GCI the next day (Date:2/19/12) and decided to change my calling card. I went to the "SECRET IDENTITY" tab and came to my surprise that I was level 1. Please patch this or I will delete and not play it EVER again

not really thrilled with my stat reset. I went from like 48 to 0. it happend once during the trial and last night. so hopefully you can fix it. heres my info: Xbox 360, maine,mrgallagher75@hotmail.com, Punchinfaces247, has been laggy when coming into contact with enemy players, during fumigation control points dont exist. please fix my stats. pretty please with sugar and all that ****.

so im now a lvl 59 on the 2cond time around lol.. got reset first time at 57.. put in my info on here got the msg saying they were going to get too it... that was pry going on 4-5 days..... still dont have my xp and stuff... looking foward to it tho...

Was a level 17

I think it may of happened because of a failed save. I'm guessing when I was changing my layout and the game began so it stopped in the middle of my save.
