i had 500 kill dissappear then when went from 102 to 1002 kills just suddenly appear from playing 2 games my kdr it wont show me on the leaderboard as it says iv not played 5 games

A bunch of you obviously don't know how to follow directions cause my stats were reset on 2/13, i posted on the forum about it, Skaar sent me a message Friday and I replied and now all my stats are back with all of my items. I guess you're all to busy complaining about this game instead of checking to see if your stats were fixed

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: It froze before I upgraded, I had gotten to level 4 or 5 on the trial, then when it froze i played it to level 3 before I purchased it, then I had to start again at level 0.

If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.): Game just froze, started burping a bit and then it gave me the "disconnected from server" notice. The second time nothing, I upgraded and had to start all over.

I wonder when they will get my level, clothes and weapons, I reported on this topic by e-mail, and still nothing, and I see that some people have had their status restored, I want to play again!! take long for that to happen? are doing it manually? player by player?

PS: Any progress on the game issues? I'm having a terrible time when matchmaking (long loiter time in the lobby waiting for partners) any sort of match besides "team deathmatch" and Im getting booted from the game (as in "server connection lost")1 time out of 10.

As to what happened we were having an awesome day yesterday I got up to level 43, logged out for the night. When I logged in this morning, bam rocked down to lvl 1 with nothing. It took a lot of work getting to lvl 43... I never did the trial version, since my friends told me I had to buy it or else.... so no upgrade bug is possible.
