Went to sign into the game this morning and the second it started loading my profile i was signed out of the PSN. After i proceeded to log back in and load the game it started as if i had never played, i.e. screen margin test etc, and is it turns out i am now level 1 again with nothing unlocked. Which is highly frustrating as i was level 75 just last night.
If there is anything that can be done to fix this it would be greatly appreciated.

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: Everytime I start the game so far (3 times)

EDIT: Just finished the trial (had previously purchased the game) so it took me to download the full game and after downloading it has reset me to level 1 again and still says 'Trail Mode Ended - Would you like to purchase the full game'

This happened twice to me, both when I was experiencing connection issues and both at the same point.

I was having problems with my net for most of the day, managed to get into a match and finished it, whilst the match was finishing up I lost connection sometime during the loading screen back into the matchmaking lobby. The only thing I could do was alt F4

This reset my level from 94 to 1

I played another match and got to something like level 3 and again I lost connection during the final loading screen back to the matchmaker, again I had to alt F4 and again this reset my level (luckily only from level 3 this time!!!)

I would love it if I could get my old stats/unlocks back, I had the exact same problem and posted about it in the beta so was paranoid about the same thing happening and took a few shots of my stats if needed.

Just to clarify, this was on 19/02/12 at around 19:15 time that the first reset happened and it was on PC not console.

The game is frozen and after a restart is the profil defect.

Loaded up my game this morning my game made me redo my screen setup and when I checked my stats they were reset. I spent money on your game and on xp boosts. Love the game but the issues break my heart </3
If I loose all my calling card and gun stats and camo im a be agro.

They won't respond either. Have you tried calling tech support? Wait, don't bother, the person will only tell you he/she can't tell you anything except that WB is working on it and have no idea when the problem will be solved but they went ahead and had a Tier 2 person call me who also said the same thing.
My stats were lost on Feb 14 and 5 days later, nothing. Twice I have asked supposed admin on here how they are keeping track of the stats all have lost-ESPECIALLY if the WBID profile has been changed. I have received no response as of yet. Which tells me they really have no idea. Personally, I think their posts/email about giving back lost exp/other items are all hogwash.
With the avoidance of answering questions AND being consistently proactive in forums, it only leads me to believe they are only trying to stall for time to keep angry customers from filing complaints elsewhere. But then again, I don't believe what is said unless it is backed by actions.
I still play the game but I also have copies of everything I have typed in forums and documented when i called tech support, what they said and the callback I received. I am going to stick by the old, "you have 30 days to return" rule. If they haven't found a solution by March 14th (in my case), I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and spread the word as much as I can for others to do so. I definitely do not want it to come to that. As stated before, I will continue to play since it is a great game.
Thus far, 82 pages of this forum. For me, each page shows about 10 posts. I am going to lower the average to about 5 (on account of posts such as this).. So far roughly about 400 people have complained and the list keep growing. Monolith has quite a bit of damage control to do! Releasing a game that wasn't ready for release, not knowing what the problem is (or do they? and not admitting it), and then not being proactive in reassuring customers..
Oh well, what can you do? ..

yeah thats cool that we get free dlc but everyone should get like 6 hours of double xp to make up for this
so annoying that I paid $15 for this to get screwed .. I wouldnt care if the game sucked but it is a good game

it happen when i switch from BEat version to trial version ( no biggy) then again when i switch from trial to full version (then again no biggy) but now it is the THIRD time that my stats are getting reset while playing full version.
