My game froze in the middle of a match and kicked me off and took me down from lvl 44 to lvl 1 I had had many problems with the game freezing since I bought the game and I bought 3 hours of double xp as well and now it's all gone. So if I could have that back I would be thankful for it.

I leveled up to about 8 on the trial and still had about 30 min left on it but I purchased it and I started off from level 1 when I started my next match. Sometimes it will lag a whole match and if you leave the match and search for another one it will not find a match nor will your left stick work to move up and down the menu. I have to sign out and sign back in again and a match comes up right away. Just FYI

I had just got done playing Forza Motorsport 4, and I wanted to play some Gotham City Impostors as I had just hit level 36. Long story short, I booted it up and it was like it was brand new, nothing weird before the load or even last time I had played it. I was suddenly reset. Now if and when you fix this if you can I would like it if you could add any xp I earn to my old level but if you can't do that at least put me back to level 36. Thank you for your time.

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: No, I did not get reset when upgrading from the trial version to the full version. I got reset after finishing a match of Physc Warfare while in a party of 3, at the end of the round I got signed out because of my internet disconnecting, after I signed back in I was reset from level 40 to level 1.

If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.): My internet got disconnected at the loading screen after the end of the match and I was signed off.

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: I have already been playing the full version since its release, so it did not happen while upgrading. Also it has not happened yet, because I have not clicked "Yes" on the "Back In Trial Mode! You've gone back to Trial Mode. Are you sure you want to continue in Trial Mode and discard your previous progress from Full Mode?" pop-up that appears when the game loads. But I fear that if I do click Yes, my progress will reset. All of this just happened today (Feb. 16), and did not occur yesterday at any point.

Yeah for me it reset when selecting to purchase the full version. Instantly reset everything and I've noticed sometimes achievements Ive unlocked are showing as locked like the game history is not there...?

I love everything and beyond about the game.

My stats are not being recorded as they exisit. I will be playing Team Deathmatch and get 20 kills 4 deaths and when I check my multiplayer stats it gives me double the deaths so it is impossible to ever raise my K/D
