I asked them the same thing, if it would reset or add to your current level, I'll let you know when they respond.

When i bought the full game stats reset and every time i go into the game it says i haven't bought it and the trail has ended, but when i go to the download spot it says i have already bought it...

I was playing this game since it game out on the arcade version i played the trial got to level six then upgraded the next day and still had all my stuff. Then yesterday around 6 am when i got on Gotham City Impostors i was reset from level 57 to level 1 then i continued and i leveled up to seven i still have all of my leaderboard ranking and challenges on the leaderboards but i got reset please reply back to tell me what happened.

I never actually played the trial, my brother just got the game on my system so everybody could play it, went and got Crocky from the marketplace and started having a good ol' time. That was 2 days ago, low and behold, I play a few fume matches earlyer, stop to take a break, then when I go to play at 2 am my time, it has me re do my screen position, say "OK" to all of the legal stuff, and then resets all of my stuff, then when I go to the black market, it tells me nothing is available, and that the crocky that was obtained does not even exist. I would go so far as to say your servers are just having a major issue, seeing as it does not know if it is coming or going when signing up for a WBID (took me and my brother over an hour to get it to link up right). Your game is fun and all, but if you honestly can't keep your server side saves up to snuf then perhaps you should move to client based saves and give us all a break. also that update is much needed, I was in way too many games where it would toss me around the teams or just have the game die after a few kills cause "lost host connection". I have one of the best connections in California, so it would seem to me the servers are flawed and need some work

I've bought the game and already played alot, I was lvl 33. Now today i started the game and instead of going normally to the main menu, they said I've returned to trial mode and i will lose everything if i stay in trial mode. when i answer no they send me to download the 6 kb software to unlock the full game. Can you fix this please cause i'm really freaking out. I didn't pay 15 euros to play a game i've got to do again and again from lvl 0

i didnt lose internet connection but i did the next day and thats when i got reset
