I just called the WB tech support line (410-568-3680) and spoke to a rep. He was a nice enough guy, but he didn't have any good news for us. All he said was that, "This is a known issue. They're working on it, but I don't have anything to tell you right now." I pressed about getting a refund for at least the XP boosters, but he said that they can't do anything yet. He asked me to "be patient," although there's no timeframe for when this technical and, really what is now a PR problem, might be solved. He did say that he'll contact me when something is figured out, and I told him that people on the forum want to get updated, too. Bleh. All we want to do is play the frigg'n game. :/
