Reset when I hit lvl 8. Not a big deal, but then it reset again when I hit 22. Don't really feel like playing anymore.

The only "weird" thing that happened is that I was unable to log into my GFWL account for about 10 minutes (despite being connected to the internet). I restarted the game a couple times to see if that helped - it didn't help, and I was still unable to log into GFWL after about 3 restarts. I logged onto GFWL via my internet browser with the game minimized in the background. I then quit the game again and I was able to log in immediately, but everything was gone.

Bought full version and played all night, the next day I tried to log on and it told me I was back in trial version, and if I accepted, it would reset my levels back to 1 and lose earned items.
Nothing unusual happened in between playing it last and logging in now.

I bought the game right away and played and played than I shut it off one time and log back in I was reset from 35 to 1 can u please give me my levels back??

Was working in full version last night, logged in tonight and reset. This is ********. Just wasted HOURS.

Ran a test today, played a round and gained a level. Turned the system off and signed on a short time later and my stats were there. I then turned it off and waited a number of hours and lo and behold, reset again. I only played one round to test it, but that is the 3rd reset in 2 days, and it seems to happen anytime I don't play the game for a few hours. I will repeat my request, because this issue is entirely on your end, is there any way we can get the saves on our own machines. Every other game uses the save data utility and have never lost my information, game saves, or stats. This is the first game I have played without a save file on the disc and been forced to rely on your server, and they have so far proven to be a complete failure. I love this game and want to play it, but I currently feel I have been swindled out of 15 dollars for a broken product that cannot be returned.
