Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: Yesterday i got an error message about it couldnt save the game, after a while i quitted the game, and jumped back in an hour later. I lost one level. Today i have right now just started the game, and everything is gone.
If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.): I lost connection to PSN.

I have use more than 12 hours in this game was currently rank 56 and 560 on the leaderboards.

I want my money back, or atleast give me my levels againg :/

I agree, you guys had a great game with a growing fanbase that will now diminish because you guys can't release a fix for this issue. Everyone has their true stats in the leader board. I would be happy with my lvl back and the points associated with the lvl so i can unlock what i want. I will not play this game from scratch again, its a waste of my time to do so. I hope they fix this and for the users that PAID like myself, i expect something in return. My lvl back and perhaps a couple hrs of bonus xp to make up for the time i won't be playing...

I was level 34 yesterday. I log in this morning, and who would of guessed, more bugs and problems -- back to level 1. I go on the website and try to go to stat's to prove that I was level 34 and it says i'm not logged in, but I am. Could a single function designed by Monolith work for once?

My stats have reset twice. First when I upgraded which reset stats to the very beginning. The second time I was really mad about because it reset some of my motivator stats. I was playing fumigation on amusement mile and got the motivation sensation challenge which required me to heal 1,200 life in ten seconds. I was pretty excited because it's the hardest motivator challenge. I played one more game after that. When I took a look at the symbol I had gotten I didn't see it. So I went to look at the motivator challenges. Not only did it show that I didn't get the challenge, it also showed that the motivatory motivation 4 challenge was reset to motivatory motivation 3. I will continue to play it even though I'm worried about losing more.
