I was in the Beta and didn't download the trial, just went right for the purchase. My Beta data (on my console at least) was deleted a couple days before the game hit. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.

I really hate that it's happened to so many people. I was angry when it happened to me tonight, now that's just turned into dissapointment as I really wanted to enjoy the product and recommend it to my friends/family so we could keep the community thriving. I was level 36 or 37. I had multiple builds going and was truly enjoying interacting with the community. Now that the level progress, weaponry set ups I created, the unique looks to my characters, the mascot I paid extra money for, and all the lifetime achievements and stamps have been reset to zero, I have almost no will to start over. You ever have some awesome multikill like landing from a glide on four nimbles at once? I was so happy that'd appear in my stats, and now it's gone and that's not a thing you can plan on having back. I know some would say I'm nitpicking and should just restart and gain my levels back, but I truly enjoy getting awesome chain kills and rare stamps, even if some are by luck. Now they're gone and who's to say it won't just happen again and again? It's no fun striving to prestige only to be paranoid in the back of your mind it could all be gone tomorrow. Until I'm sure this is fixed I can't play it. Not that I'm boycotting the product, I LOVE the game. And you already have my money (game, couple clothing bits, mascots, exp pills). I wouldn't want a refund even if it were possible. It's a great game, super fun. I just won't populate any servers if this is a risk, not just GCI. Sorry guys. I hope for a fix soon, or even restored data. I know that's likely wishful thinking, but hey.

I got to level 44 on Friday and my stats didn't reset at the time. I logged on Saturday 18th I saw I was reset back to level 1 again.

Hopefully this bug will be fixed otherwise everyone including myself will have to re level again.

I was level 32 and then today and when I logged on it acted like it was my first time with everything still on lock down and I had to choose the screen brightness ect. However, I then backed out comepletly to the PS3 browser before playing any match and reset the console. Upon logging back in my level 32 was still there and ready to go.

I did not partake in the beta, nor did I have any issues when purchasing the full game. I am thinking if I would have played a match instead of backing out, the auto save would have over written my 32 profile. Maybe the resets are due to the profile not being loaded properly and then playing a match and autosave doing its thing?

In a way I was looking forward to a lil reset now that I have a lil more knowledge of the game. I made a few silly starting choices!

I bought this game and it reset after I went from the trial to the full game, and I half expected that to happen anyways so it wasn't much of a bother. But since then it has reset everything three times and I have had to start back at one.
With that being said, I absolutely love the game and hope this gets worked out soon. I'm still playing now just hoping (more than likely wrongfully at this moment) that it doesn't reset once again, but either way love playing it.

I 100% argee with ever thing you just said... I very much enjoy the game as well. I could deal with the matchmaking issues, the freezes, the lag, everything else. I really truly, enjoyed this game. I may not have put a ton of time into it, but it was a awesome game to play when i was getting frustrated with BF3. Now that i lost everything, i am back to getting my @ss handed to me until i unlock anything worth while.. Now, i also have to worry about it resetting again. Its pretty bumming. Im just glad i didn't have the time into it like i do BF3... (i have 350+ hours into that) Could you imagine losing your BF3 or MW3 rank... If this many people were completely loosing there rank in those games, there would be a huge outcry... Im about to turn it on again, just hoping, maybe my stats will be back.. i know they wont, but....... i dont' know.. If our stats are saved online, there should be a way to reinsert them.. hopefully it happens

this hasnt happened yet but if it does and if you can prevent it then just in case ill leave the info and apparently it (usually) happens at higher levels but im level 45 put almost $25 into this game already and dont wanna lose everything ive bought and accomplished online ID : R_I_P_BUBBY location : USA pacoima , california platform : PS3

This happened not maybe 6 hours ago for me around 9:00PM CST, and no its been days since I've unlocked my real version of the game. Wasn't far from hitting level 69 when the game glitched. crashed. I restarted my PS3 and it said failure to load ID, logged in and out several times now and it'll either say failure to load ID or it'll load the ID and just leave me with these reset stats. Trying to brain storm this might have been just after I purchased a team Exp boost...

Now actually thinking about it, it I almost think it was exactly after a purchased the team xp boost. The screen did something I've never seen it do before either. flashing black and white until I reset the ps3. gl I hope this helps!



And I agree! I really hope you guys can recover or help prevent this from happening again. I was at level 68 in a matter of a few days but I did spend money purchasing XP boosts and such just to have the money I spent on miniature boost to be reset? If there isn't a way to recover stats, will their a way to be refunded the purchases I made for the game after the game? It was only about 3 dollars worth in XP boosts but I'm not sure I'm not the only person who is nervous to reapply time and money. Thanks for hearing us out!

have we had a reply from the creators about this issue? nearly 50 pages without a single reply? i love this game and wanna keep playing but im not going to play it untill i no this issue is fixed.. i lost my level 41 and i had FULLY completed the buccanner challenges and im so pissed that im gunna have to do it all over again.. SO TELL US ARE YOU FIXING IT OR WHAT?????

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: No. Happened several times within the trial period. I want to buy this game and enjoy it to the fullest, but with so many people's stats resetting, I'm not spending any money on this until a patch is released.
If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.): No odd occurrences.

WTH!! I agree! I played the trail then bought it after it expired then for the next few days played up to level 12 and then i went to play some fable 3 and now all i had is gone! except for my website ****! this is bull****! i have never wanted my money back so damb much! how do we fix this????
