Installed trial version, but upgraded to paid version straight away.
First day game worked fine. Second day, when updating profile license agreement came up again. This reset my level 24 character to 1. Every time I turned game off, and came back on, the license agreement came back on ( even tho I already accept ) and game reset my character.day 3 again license agreement but kept day 2 level

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: it happen two days after i bought the game, i never played the trial. this is not acceptable, i paid for the game and get reset for no reason really?

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: I have the full version, and it resets everytime I go to play.
If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.): Nothing.

I was level 28, then I was reset and got to 16, then I did it AGAIN and am level 16 atm.

Be sure to post about the problem to your favorite gaming news source if you're an outraged customer so that players considering buying this game can be forewarned. I'm sure that sites like Destructoid, Kotaku, and Joystiq would be interested to hear about customers losing access to their PAID DLC, and the problem is made worse by a lack of responsiveness from the developer and community manager.

If angered customers can make this news-worthy problem into bad publicity, maybe it'll put a fire under Warner Brothers' butt to fix the problem and to be more responsive to their bugs in the future. For your convenience, here are some e-mail addresses and links for reporting the problem:

I started the game, and it prompted me to rest my screen.
A bit confused I did it, and then it changed to the gamma settings, I fixed them, then, at the main menu it shown the options at if they were new options, with the red thingy beside them.
I pressed X and went to the Secret Identity screen, but it had everything LOCKED.
I am a bit mad, but alas, the game is still new.

I responded to this post last night with my info... Well my game reset the stats again, even though I haven't played a match (and won't until it is fixed and stats are restored in full).

I booted the game up and immediately received a "Write to Save Error" and had to go through the EULA, etc. again.

I think Vencabot may be referring to the fact that the game is paid for, and is a downloadable content in itself.

He used DLC as an incorrect term, as people know "DLC" to mean "Downloadable game add-ons" not "Downloadable games."

Either way, I think it's a bit excessive at this point, the game hasn't been out that long. Give the devs time and see what they come up with. If they don't fix it in a reasonable timescale, complain. If they fix it, but we lose our stats permanently, maybe ***** on the forums. If they fix it, and everyone is reset to make it fair, or the people who lost stats get theirs restored to a degree, don't complain. I can go on, but I think I've said enough!
