IT happened well after trial. I could not get on the leaderboards all day yesterday. It said I had to play 5 games. I am a level 41 now but it shows me listed below friends that are level 10

I added my info back on page 12 and 30 pages later I got reset AGAIN!!! I lost my initial 61 levels yesterday and just logging back into the game now I lost the 34 levels I got back after the first reset. They got my money once but this is the last time I ever buy one of their games - total BS!

Info: Nothing happened out of the ordinary, however as soon as I launched the game, I asked me to set my screen size, gamma and agree to license. I have lost all my stats & unlocks (I was level 47-48).

Went to accept terms and conditions, said 'failed save' (or words to that effect) then tried again and when menu loaded, it had completely reset!!!

I lost everything when switching from Beta to Trail (to then upgrade) and now I have lost everything again. Have been playing fine for a few days.

Im curious, how can a game just erase data? I thought the save data was on the system it's played on so how is this possible?

The save is actually on the Game Servers, not our consoles. Yes we downloaded the game, but there's no save feature for each specific console. It's all stored elsewhere and we have to rely on them and hope they don't screw us up the butts (which they seem to have been doing).

I stats I just been reset. Im no longer at level 22 anymore. My last game I played was at noon today. Will my stats be recovered?? I'm having the same issue that Zerl having. I found it odd that it would ask for me to adjust the screen and agree to the TOS again.

My entire stats were just erased. I last played yesterday afternoon and did everything correctly including quitting the game and powering off my PS3. Today I turn it on and I am zeroed back to a newbie. I was at a level 47 with almost 15 hours of game play.

My question.....WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO TO FIX THIS?!

I had recently purchased gotham city imposters for PS3 and in the short 4 hours I had played it I made it to level 32, I was getting a bit tired so I quit the game and started playing skyrim instead, after finishing skyrim 2 hours later turning off for an hour, I went to go back on gotham city and was met with the inital starting screen from the first time I had played it, I was confused and just thought it was a bug so I continued through the process, after later discovering to my displeasure that my level had been returned to 1 and my gear was gone, I was flustered and was extremly upset, I would like to know if there is a way to solve this problem and if I can have my level and gear back, as I was half way through the bear stalkers challenges.

I never downloaded the trial version and had no real problems up until this afternoon after loading up the game my costumes, guns, and stats have all been reset. Everything i earned through leveling up to around level 60 is all gone. Hopefully there is a way to retrieve the earnings everyone had who is expieriencing this but if not I think my money and time was completely wasted on a game with plenty potential to be more. Had the riddler and gold camo for gatekeeper too >8(
