yeah what up with this? I sent out this problem since this morning, my friend sent a the same problem at around 5. His stats are back to normal and im still at level 1 :/

I'm pretty sure its a saving problem because I've been playing and its been saying my saves have been failing i retried a couple of times but then got mad and clicked don't retry and then when u get off the game and back on it makes u whatever level it was last saved on so it has to be the auto saving that is the problem or something......hopefully gets fixed i really don't wanna level back up to where i was. =\



Please get it fixed fast so i have my level 40 something guy back with over 1500 coins i had.....

My stats were reset today, 2/11/12 around 4pm EST.

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: No, we never downloaded the trial version and bought it outright. Oddly though, when I first installed the game it made me download 32mb "trial" version, even though I had already downloaded the full game version as I'd purchased it.

If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.): Yes - I had just completed a deathmatch game. After viewing the game score information, I closed it to load up the lobby and wait for the rematch to begin. However, at this time a message popped up that said "save to hard drive failed - would you like to retry?" I opted yes, then it took me to the lobby where the game froze up entirely. I had to quit out of the game and restart, when I did, it logged me in and failed to save. When it said retry I said okay and it saved successfully - as a level 0. I was level 12 (I think) when this happened. I had absolutely no problems with the game until after I signed up for my wbid account, I'm not sure if that had something to do with it.

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: No. I hadn't played it for a few hours. Got back online, and it reset me back to level 1 from level 34. Made me do screen adjusting, etc as if I had just bought the game.

If not, when?:Nope, After i was done playing i exited the game, went and did somethings came back and got on and it was all reset..And honestly i hate to come off pissed or like a ******** but i spent money to unlock things and the xp boosts.. atleast almost 10 bucks worth of stuff not ony that i was around lvl 55 after putting in 10+hours.. this is lame as hell

this is garbage i hope you guys can reset my stats back to what they were and or refund the money i spent... it makes no sense i have 5 achievements done. for example get a 10 kill streak so u can see that i obviously played.. im so frustrated right now!!!!!!!

If not, when: no cause i didn't play trial so it could not have been that and also i was level 43 i believe have been playing awhile and don't feel like getting back up there and doing exactly the same thing so please fix my account so i can be happy again and please give me all the costume coins i had cause it took me a long time to get the naked aggression and stuff i had.

If anything odd happened leading up to stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of internet connection, etc.): it kept saying it couldn't save then when i got done with a game and got 43 i lost connection for like 1 minute then got back on and poof my level 43 and all my guns, calling card stuff and everything was gone so im kinda pissed bout this so please again fix my account. its cool if i just get all the weapon unlocks and weapon mods body types and face types gadgets support items and everything else if its possible to give me level 43 and all that

If not, when?: It happened once when upgraded but I didn't mind that much cause I was only level 8 but now it happened again when I was close to level 40. I really don't feel like starting over again just to have my stats reset in a few days again.
If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.): Nothing odd happened at all. I got off for about an hour to play a few games of MW3 and when I logged back on to Gotham City Impostors everything was reset.

No, never used the trial, bought the full game and never tried the demo.
While trying to find a Fumigation match the PS3 sat in a very long load for matchmaking. I was about level 31 or 32.

While the search for a Fumigation match was loading my Internet cut out. After a very long Fumigation match making load the game gave me a "Write Error" (it was a GCI message, not PS3) and asked if I wanted to Retry or Cancel.

After I got my Internet back up the game basically "reset" itself as if I had never played the game before. I had to go through the EULA and legal stuff and readjust screen size.

If my level and related stats/data (all of my stats and items) cannot be recovered then I want my money back from the purchase.

I have had issues with the trial/full version. I want to buy it...and it says that I did, but I haven't paid any money. It was playing fine and I was at level 12 then I changed a facial expression and it said it was having trouble saving to disk then it froze. When I got back in...stats were reset!

there was nothing wrong i had played last night and it was fine. turned it back on today and made me agree to all the legal stuff again and then said i had unlocked nothing
