I never played the trial bought the game straight out. I was level 48 and it kept saying unable to save. I was about to paly a team death match and it froze. So I restared my PS3 and booted up the game and everything had reset.

happened today, the first problem happened during the trial update to full game. At the time I brought the cards pack and one piece of optional dlc. During the game I believe the data got corrupted as my ps3 was freezing very often. So I redownloaded the game and it was all fine but when I installed the dlc I purchased before it the game failed at savng the added content and reset me back at one from lvl 61..

Happened to me twice in the beta, once from trial > full game. And level 58, just logged in 20 min ago, and back to level 1 again. I made a ticket on:

It didn't happen with upgrade. I've had the full game since Tuesday night. I played Wednesday through Friday. Turned it on today had to go through the screen calibrations and agreements again, and I'm back at level 1. Turned off my ps3, when I turned it on and got back in the game I had go through the legal docs again.

I noticed a stat bug last night. I checked my stats, tried to get into a couple games, and got connections errors. When I checked my stats again there was a net increase of 20 deaths on the k/d ratio. It's probably not related, but I thought I'd throw it out just in case.

I lost connection to the game backed out it then froze so i quit the game and when i went back in all my stats were reset.

I'd like to add that my stats on this site accurately reflect my account before it reset, minus the game in which the actual "Error Saving to Storage" message popped up at the end. Hopefully this means a recovery of some kind is possible.

I'm also still showing up on the leaderboards, despite apparently having zero everything according to my in-game profile.
