i know that dude just hate guys like him who have to pick apart other people i'm using a little netbook so its not great to type lol small keys. not sure if i should bother playing again till its fixed

Yeah I'm posting from an iPad.. Typing can be tricky for sure... :P

I absolutely love this game, got to level 51 yesterday, but now that I'm down to level one, I'm definitely not playing anymore till r issue is resolved.. Hopefully we get all our stuff back, but I doubt it.

I had played the trial and unlocked the full game without incident. My level reset as expected and everything went fine, forgiving a few freezes and hiccups along the way up to level 20. Once I reached level 20 I exited matchmaking and proceeded to the "Secret Identity" tab to manage my loadouts. Once I finished with the loadout management I jumped back into matchmaking and joined a group for Team Deathmatch. Once the timer had reached zero the matchmaking screen locked up shortly and then placed a "Loading Game" overlay on top of the original matchmaking screen. This overlay had a set of arrows in a circular motion to signify loading yet no loading took place. The screen just stayed displayed. I had to press the PS button and manually quit game for it to leave this screen which it had been on for nearly three minutes. Upon restarting Gotham City Impostors I was prompted to set my screen size and accept all of the user agreements over. After completing that all of my stats were reset and I was placed back at level one.

If this were a free to play game I would have no right to be upset, things happen, but I paid fifteen dollars for this and had all of my feats and acquired weapons/costumes erased. Is there anyway to set me and the others who have had this problem back to where we were or are we required to fight our way back up into the ranks? Either way I will continue to play, seeing as how this game is MUCH better than I expected it to be, however this incident would be an unsightly tarnish on an otherwise amazing experience.

EDIT: I have just remembered that just before this incident the game was having repeated trouble saving information. Over and over it would tell me that the information was unable to be saved, seeing as how I was at the menu screen and not in a matchmaking scenario I didn't think much of it at the time, figured it was just a minor hiccup, and shortly after the stat wipe occurred.

It DID NOT happen after I upgraded from trial. I've had the game for about two days and today it just was completely erased. No power outage. Nothing. I'm very pissed off.

Just happened, said it was having trouble saving, then next time i started the game, it was reset back to 1
