Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: Occurred when I was doing the challenges. When I was exiting the challenges the game wasn't loading anything (stuck on a loading screen with sounds still playing), so I closed out the game and I guess this is what caused my stats to reset; self-imposed I guess but you don't have much choice when it looks like your game is frozen. :/
If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.): Nothing unusual, had loaded up the game as normal and did not notice any issues.

Some additional notes; I was Level 47 at the time with quite a few things unlocked, including various clothing pieces (there goes my nudist avenger costume... :/) and all that other stuff, and I had been playing just fine up until then with no issues whatsoever; no stat resets or anything like that, and this is the first reset that I've had; sucks, too. As a hypothesis, though, I think this happened because I somehow corrupted my save data (probably from forcefully closing the game when it was still trying to load), forcing the game to make a new save (if it can now, anyway, seeing as I'm probably still getting save errors at the time of this writing).

Hopefully this will get resolved soon because I'm very discouraged from playing the game right now, which sucks because I really love GCI for it's wacky gameplay and how it really just doesn't feel like your typical FPS shooter, at least to me. I have no plans of ragequitting or screaming "refund" anytime soon, but hopefully this gets resolved soon (hopefully with a proper re-ranking back to Level 47 with everything I had before the reset) because getting reset sucked.

Played fine on the unlocked game for a few days then turn on the game this morning with a message that my profile was corrupt and I had lost everything. I was only about level 28, but I had most of the Dawn Patrol challenges and the Single Player Challenges done with gold medals...I hate losing those...
Nothing strange happened that would do this.

i don't know really when , because i just lunched the game , and after that my stats came to 0 ... i have played 10 hours , and i was lvl 27

maybe because i close the game not normally , twice , i couldn't do anything else

both of my friends levels reset well over 20.00 hours after playing the full game one came on to find everything gone the other played a match and lost everything please fix quickly i want to play but cant out of fear of reseting

I bought the game straight out. I downloaded the trial version and then bought the upgrade straight away.. I played the game for about 8 hours and then turned it off. I was about level 30. i came back to it later and everything loaded up fine. I played it for another 7 hours and reached level 49 and then turned it off. I just went to go back on it and I'm now level 1. All of my loadouts have been reset. My stats, however, haven't. It still says that I'm 260th on TDM, and 446 overall. I really love this game but unless I get my loadouts back then I'm not gunna play it anymore. The same thing happened on Homefront and MW3 and never got my stuff back. it just puts me off playing these games. I can't be bothered playing them just to lose everything that I've rightfully earned. I really llove this game and want to carry on playing so please give me back my loadouts

Put savs on our DD and not on your servers. It already happened in the beta, and now in the full unlock game...

I just bought the full version so the glitch happening during the conversion from demo to full could not happen. The glitch occurred during 11'o clock AM it kept on saying that the data could not be saved so I reset the game and logged back in again and soon after all my stats were gone. Nothing out of the ordinary occurred during this no power outage or internet loss it just said failed to save and everything got reset.
