I've been having trouble with the old router. It doesn't seem to want to work with the 360 the way it used to, and has a habit of giving me random DNS errors. Couldn't connect proporly when I first turned it on this morning. My stat reset could have been a result of that.

Guess what folks its been almost a month and stats are still resetting. I have yet to have mine reset as i was told they were doing for almost 2 weeks now. Even if it is restored judging by what i am reading it will most likely clear again. Asked for a refund and i am told i have to speak to Sony. Got to love a company that stands behind their game. This company should be ashamed of how it has conducted itself since finding out. I have gotten responses from Skaar on all letters sent in his defense, at the same time though the responses are just unclear and point to indefinite times in the future for all the magical repairs to take place. Meanwhile we are all out 15 dollars for a game that nobody can dump any real time into because they are terrified of losing their progress over and over

If not, when?: Nope, Just after afew hours of playing.

* If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.): Any time I turn it off without pressing the 'Exit Game' Button on the main menu.
But it only does it 2/3 times.
Also when I get disconnected or the power runs out.

Also I read the patch update and it says that the Stat swipe was fixed for the PS3, I just wanted to know when it was coming out for the xbox. :3

Its been about 2 weeks since my stats got swiped from level 25 whats going on with the fix and update for PS3 and me getting my stats, coins, and weapon unlocks etc... back???? I love the game, but i hate it for all the bugs and issues
with it ps3 users want more info on this current matter feels like nothings happening and i hope that isnt the case!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a message on February 16th from Skaarjonic telling me to give him my account information so that my stats could be restored. Nothing happened, so I thought I'd wait and see if the patch would restore my stats. Still nothing. This is beyond a joke now; I paid £12 for this game and haven't played it since release day for fear of wasting yet more time gaining stats and levels only to lose them, and I want my original stats back. If it's not sorted soon I really would like to make a claim for a refund because I've spent £12 and a few hours of my life on a broken product. I've been more than patient with Monolith on this game, but my patience has run out. Joke of a developer.
