Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: No. I am furious because this is not the first time it has happened to me, but the second. The first time I got to 30ish and then it reset me for no reason when I logged back on. Now after I got over that happening, and got all the way to 65 it reset me AGAIN. Same thing, just logged back on, and all my stuff was gone. I really enjoy this game but this needs to be fixed.

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: No. I downloaded the DLC update, played a few matches, turned off the Xbox, and the when I went back to play again I was back to level 1. The whole thing reset. I logged back on and it made me reset my screen boundaries and accept the user agreement and that stuff. Then I was back down to level 1.
If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.): No

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: Yes, from the trial not the beta, I had reached level 9 or 10 I believe.
If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.): No, perhaps internet connection failures yes. What I found weird was that I lost my stats from the Multiplayer portion of the trial only, After running my hour out I later played the challenges, when I went to play the challenges I had already lost my all my progress, then upon purchasing the full game I then only carried over my challenges/initiation progress including receiving an achievement for completing the Initiation, which I did during the Trial.

Another post reminded me of it!
I lost my stats/progress after an Update as well! Not the compatibility DLC just a simple update which I know not the purpose of or content of.
