I may have already posted but I love this game and cant wait for any good news. like I said i was 44 and it happened to me randomly kicking me out of a match then returning me to the main screen to accept terms and services all over and reset gamma and screen size i had purchased quite a bit from the playstation store as well thanks again hope it all works out

After purchasing the full game all of the XP Boost that I have purchased has not worked.
Nothing happened leading up to this, its just not working.

That was the 2nd time playing the trial.
just booted the game up and everything is locked again
it happened to me like 5 minutes ago

I liked the beta.
I want to make sure this issue is fixed before I buy the game

What happened before reset: i was getting off for the night after hitting 69 and when i started the next day stats were gone.

Soo, anyone yet? I responded around two days or so after the mail came saying it could all be fixed. Still nothing. I also hit up the email they listed with my info. I know they have to check leaderboards for information for each and every person. I'm trying to be understanding. But now the new content is out and I really was looking forward to populating the servers again. But I need my stuff back, I'm not restarting again only to be reset a second time. This stinks. Here's hoping we get some resets soon, as I haven't seen a single person yet say it's happened. Of course, I only go about 15 pages back but still. Did anyone get fixed?

Did it happen when you upgraded from the trial version to the full version? If not, when?: It happened About a day after my trial ended I bought the game after the demo was over.
If anything odd happened leading up to the stat reset (ex. power outage, loss of Internet connection, etc.): Not really. I went to bed, turned off my Xbox & the next morning I went to play and my data was gone. I was a Level 62 im a level 50 again. but id still like my old stats. If U can combine the 2 together that would be great.

We've been hearing some reports that players have had their stats totally reset when playing Gotham City Impostors. This usually happens when the upgrade from the trial to the full version occurs, but we just want to be sure. So, we're coming to you!

Some people have been restored I think cause some people said they have been. But so far, it doesn't seem they are even trying to restore everyone back to what they were. There is no point of playing without our stuff back though.
