I assume that because there are gangs, there will be bad spelling.

Each gang has a particular map they belong to: Carnies to Amusement Mile, Killa Watts to Gotham Power, so on. So basically keep playing and after level 12 you will be sent a gang invite by whatever map you played last. Afterwards, it is seemingly random.

And you don't really pick your gang. If there's a particular gang you want to join, I would recommend trying to play on their associated map as much as possible.

Also, you can quit gangs and join other gangs, just in case you didn't know.

I believe you join a gang(this part I know) by ranking in the top 3. Im not entirely sure if u have to get over 6000 points or not but all the times ive been invited its been over 6000 points. Been invited like 5 times... no idea how i got the 1 rep with the alley cats before i even joined them tho. If anyone else has info on how to increase rep more effectively please reply.

Very strange. Just played about 30 levels using heavy builds while in the Alley Cats gang and no rank up. Played one full game using Nimble loadouts the entire game... and I get to rank 2. Wonder if it's coincidence or gangs are based on build use.

After you've played a game, you know the after match reports that come up? The one with the gang info is on page 4. It takes a while to rank up though - several hours for me to get to rank 2. I think you just have to be a member of the gang for a significant length of time and win matches. Seems pretty cool, but I agree with the dude who said there's not enough info available on it. Maybe we're just supposed to guess lol.
