Helpful Hint: I found that after you get the first message saying "you have gone back to the trial. blah blah blah.... if you go to your XMB and quit the game, then go back into the game the second try you'll be in the regular game you paid for, this might not work for you, but this pro tip works for me every time so far.

having the same problem as mostly everyone else. can't fully unlock the full game version. stuck in a perpetual loop of trial mode no matter what I do.
I know a lot of you are angry about this inconvenience, but it will be fixed eventually. Let's all have patience and let them sort it out. Let's act like the civilized group of people we are and not the crazed frantic maniacs that everyone else perceives gamers as being.

LOL, WB Games Support replied to my email I sent 2 days ago. They just told me to contact Sony. Now I know that WB Games Support is worthless.
Sure they're "working on it," but it's sad that most developers nowadays release games that are broken on Day 1. It's 2012, for goodness' sake.

I think I would rather have waited an extra month for a fully functioning game than seeing fifteen dollars just disappear to an unlock code that doesn't work.
